I purchased a sample bottle of resVpure and was only to pay shipping and handling. I did not like the product and told the customer service person so when they called me to ask about the results. I heard nothing more(after 3 months) until today a bottle showed up in my mail box. I called customer service and they told me I signed up for autoship when I ordered the sample. I went off. I advised this person I never sign up for auto anything and wanted to return this product and have my money returned. He said it was pass the 30 day time frame, which was not so because I just got the product today. After some discussion he agreed to cancel my so called auto ship and refund my money. I got an email from him giving me a return address and advising me it would take up to 45 days to see the return to my card. I immediately responded back wanting to know why it would take 45 days to process a refund. I am waiting for their response before I put the product in the mail. I told him this sounded a lot like and smelled like a mail scam to me and I was going to post all the complaints on Oprah's web site for her to see, since she touted this was something worth having. Let's flood them with complaints and maybe we can shut this scam dow,
