O'Neal has stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars in samples, merchandise and designs from Dallas area artists and craftspeople through his company PHILOSOPHY DESIGN. That REVCO couldn't do a simple background check and discover this 'designer's' well-known history of scamming artists is surprising...that they hired a well-known con man is mystifying.
