This company is the most unprofessional company that I have ever done business with. The product was delivered without any sales slip or any information on returning the item. The product was cancelled by automated system the same day I received it yet my credit card was charged 87.13 weeks after the cancellation when I called there was a 45 min wait on the phone plus the phone kept cutting in and out with a very unprofessional rep. They expect you to cancel the order before it is received in order to receive any credit. My account was debited after the cancellation was done. This company has received many complaints in the state of NC and should not be able to continue doing business in this state. They use the names of Dr. Oz and Oprah to scam millions of people.
