Ordered free trial for payment of .99 for shipping. 2 weeks later $87.13 was taken from my account. I called company at the first number and was told that it had nothing to do with them so I called the second number that I have listed and got a call center in India. "This is Nick how may I help you" I explained the situation to him and he said that I should have returned the product within 15 days if I didn't want it, I explained that the product had only just arrived while I was on the phone to him, needless to say a pissing contest ensued and in the end he gave me a authorization number to return the said product which I did but I have still to get my money back, apparently they have 30 days to give the refund. It has now been 40 days and I have put it in the hands of my Credit Union where the money was taken from. I have reported this matter to the Florida AG, the BBB and FTC, this company needs to be put out of business forever instead of being able to prey on innocent people.
