i bought insurance with revol. why is it when you have to get a new phone or one breaks not due to you, that you have to pay $50 bucks! WHAT THE HELL IS THE INSURANCE FOR! its never their fault, and we end up paying for it. They customer service sucks! a bunch of kids acting not professinal at all.revol needs to clean up their act!
