My wife singed up for a program and cancelled it on the 8th day and was given 3 confirmation numbers. I noticed after four months that there was a $33.87 charge on the 26th of every month from November 07 thru Feb 08. I called the number and the representive said they could issue me credit for the last charge but I would have to write a letter to the coorporate office and an investigation would happen. I waited for a month and never heard anything from them. I called to check and they said they never recieved any letter from me. So I sent the same letter along with another letter explaining that this was the 2nd notice I am sending them but this time I sent it Certified so someone had to sign for it. I recieved the mail and on the March 25th 2008 someone signed for it. I called today (April 3rd 2008) and the ignorant representive said I would have to wait for the coororate office to contact me, it could be as long as a 4-8 weeks before someone would contact me. The rep also said there is no way to contact the coorporate office by email, phone or fax. There will be formal complaints logged to the B.B.B. and even though that wont get me my money back it may help someone else who got fucked by this company.How many months do I have to wait before I get MY money back because it was never theirs to begin with. They took the money from my account illegaly and they should be charged with fraud of some sort. J. Scott Campbell
