In septemeber of 2008 I recieved a reward660 visa card. I have made all of my payments on time and everything. Last night I tried to use my card and it was declined! Calling customer service was of no help as they were closed! I called first thing this morning to find out that my account was being transferred to another bank and I would not be able to use my card until I got my new one in the mail. It's the holidays and I only paid off my card so I could use it and now this. What a rip off!!! They gave a 800# for the new bank and all they have is a recorded message then it hangs up. NEVER ACCEPT THIS CREDIT CARD IF ITS OFFERED!
