2002 Toyota Corolla 1.8 L engine ordered with credit card payment on Oct 31, 2008 after receiving a phone call from Craig Smith at Rhino Engines and Transmissions, 144 Village Landing #352, Fairport, NY 14450 saying that the engine I had inquired about several weeks ago was available and could ship within a week. I received a copy of my "PAID" invoice # 9712 but no engine as of today Jan 7, 2009. After many telephone calls and voice-mail messages left (spoke with Tim once and Cindy three times receiving shipment dates out a week or so everytime, with the last date promised for Dec 11, 008), current calls to (800) 454-8130 only reach a recorded busy message.
On advice given in other "complaints" I called both the Monroe County Attorney General and the Monro County Sheriff's Office on Jan 5th but have not heard back from them.
