After being told I could receive a website built to the description I told the man selling me the program I made the decision to pay the first $1000. Then after months of them squandering on getting me a mock-up website they finally gave me a cheap software template type Mock-up which I told them was not good enough and wanted to make changes. After several attempts to get them to work with me they insisted I was behind in payment which was not my fault cause I waited several months before they submitted anything and told them no more money till we hash out what I am expecting. They insisted they would finish and work with me to get the specific details I was wanting but cause I was supposedly late they needed 2 Thousand more dollars to finish any work, i was anxious and wanted to get my dream started so I paid another $2000 through Paypal. After I bugged them to spend time with me so I could get them to understand what I wanted in my website and make sure we were on the same path and scope for my website they said they could not do what I was asking and I asked them how is this possible? He said cause I have a contract for a basic wesite which is nothing like what we talked about when I signed up and he had an opportunity to ask me more details and also had a diagram showing him what my intentions are. Now they offer me a thousand dollars back and no website. I told him since you got my three thousand and I owe one thousand more just finish it and I will take it to some one else to fix it and do it right. They keep trying to get me to take a thousand dollars and bail out. He keeps referring that I am under contract and have only purchased a basic website , what I could have done with a cheap software program in the first place. In the beginning I clearly described to the salesman and the so called website developer in detail all the things I would be expecting including sending the developer a diagram showing him what I was wanting and what it should be like, this was before they asked that I give another 2 thousand dollars to finish talking, at that point they could have just said its too complex for what they can do and then should have refunded the thousand dollars. This is all true and correct. Their version can not reply any rebuttle cause they are only going to lie and say I knew what I was doing and should have read the contract that had language about building a website that I would not have had any idea what it consisted of. SO please any one reading this, if you want a basic website that does nothing more than basic stuff try them but BE VERY CAUSIOUS, BEWARE and let someone who understands contracts and web design read what you are agreeing to!! At this point I am out $3000 and have not yet received one functional thing and waiting and trying to get them to at least finish the high price site that wont even be what I want. I will update this when they finish the site or refund all my Hard Earned Money.

This company is completely incompetent and habitual liars, and has not refunded my money as promised. They can't fix there own stupid web design mistakes, they are Idiots from India not New Jersey. Better Business Bureau has Andy Guar as the contact person for complaints and unfortunately you can't get a hold of the nut job, I've called and ask 10+ times. Beware of the promise to build a fast and cheap website. They're websites take on average 1 minute to load, and half the time leave out the photo gallery or a piece of your website. Ashish, Renu, Ravish, Muekish and a few other lying idiots over there have no compassion, customer service skills or integrity. If you call them and select option 3 you can speak to a so called "webmaster". Come to find out its not a master at all, but a webmoron. There websites are built in sweat shops somewhere in India. You have been warned. I've spent 20+ hours with this lousy web hosting company. I will be posting a youtube video with proof soon if these problems and my money isn't refunded.
