Completely failed at provising me with a good rhinoplasty!! complained several times and was dismissed making me feel like i was stupid for being concerned about my twisted nose and disformed left tip. He eventually agreed to do a revision at an additional cost which he promised would solve the issue-WRONG- it made it worse!! had it evaluated by other surgeons who refered to Dr. Rice's work as rookie rhinoplasty 101!!! after all this he wouldnt even consider a refund for me to get my nose fixed!!!
