Our postal carrier Erin Grogan refuses to deliver our mail due to the fact that we have 2 dogs who are locked up inside our residence and bark at our door when she comes onto the porch to deliver the mail.We have been home and have asked her if we have any mail and she completely ignores us and will not answer. I have called the postmaster in Hoosick Falls, N.Y and whoever it is refuses to return my phone calls and does not want to deal with it. This matter is being turned over to our attorney for him to handle as he sees fit. He advised me that it may come to a lawsuit against the postmaster and the carrier, Erin Grogan on the grounds of refusal to preform their job as described when they were hired. It could result in them being removed from their respective positions in the postal service.
