Both my wife and myself separately went to this dentist as new patients. Staff was friendly, appointments can be made relatively quickly and the wait time was short. We are both very well insured. I had a root canal and crown, and my wife had other dental work performed. The dentist consulted with us separately at different times, made recommendations, got approval from our insurance and performed his procedure. Both of us were separately billed an ADDITIONAL average of 20% more AFTER services had already been performed and paid for. In both cases, they claimed that there was additional dental work performed that was not recorded and originally charted and was subsequently not covered by insurance.
