I ordered the electronic pest repeller controllers, my credit card was charged but I never received my purchased items. Their phone number is no longer in service and I can not get a response back from their customer service department by phone or by email. I am in the process of disputing the charge and filing a police report but I fear my money is long gone. The sad part is is that when I searched their company name it popped up with a lot of queues with this same problem. I am not the only one this has happened to. It is sad that people are out there just taking other peoples' money and don't care. I guess their judgment day will come, just not soon enough.
