I have been receiving 15 to 20 calls day and night with an automated message to call back a 800 #. When I called back I encountered the most rudest person ever that is suppose to be representing a law firm, when I could not produce an acount number...(I had no idea what the nature of the matter was so I could not produce one) The man I was told first was Joey Jett begin to harrass me with rude and nasty language, called me a racist, degraded my character...he continued to spat rude remark to me when I tried to reason with him. I explained I was sick and unemployed due to the bill that was incured in 2006 that he claimed he was trying to collect. I tried to make arrangments to make payments and settle this matter. He would not let me speak, he would talk over me. He told me if I had the money to eat and pay for a phone then I could pay them in full. Getting very upset, going no where with this guy .I requested to speak with an attorney or his supervisor, he agreed and put me on hold...When someone came on the line he indentified himself as Steve Smith, it was the same man I had just spoken with...When he realized I was'nt fooled and repeated the request to speak to an attorney or supervisor He hung up on me. This is not a professional Law Firm or buisness. There is alot of complaints on this company. Just a warning they do have very personal information on people S.S. #, bank info etc. What should I do ?
