Ridex Plus unit do not work.
Since installing 2 units in a 22oo sq ft home I have still had rodents in my home. The company refuses to accept the return on the units based on a timeline of a money back guarantee.
I have called twice to customer service and spoked to 2 different persons who stated 2 different return policies, As well neither spoke clear understandable english!
This product is truly a scam. Ineffective and a waste of money.
