After you purchase this product, it is very difficult to cancel

This company is horrible. After you purchase this product, it is very difficult to cancel. Their customer service will just give you the runaround. Then, they will give your phone number and credit card number to other companies to try and sell you their products. This company does not use ethical practices.

Extra Charges

I ordered the RightSize "free trial". When it came, I was charged $18.80 for shipping and handling and then was told that if I kept it, my account would be charged the full price was $119.80. This was the first time I was informed of either charge.

When I called to get a return authorization, I was given a choice to keep the product at a 50% discount. If I didn't want to do that, I would have to pay the shipping back to Maine or my account would be charged or sent to collection. I asked for a manager to talk to and was refused.

Be aware of these hidden and undisclosed charges. This is not an honorable company to try to do business with.
