I paid 13 installments regularly to RIM and they still say that i have only paid 6 installments so far. Since such transactions were made through their dealers on cash payment and I use to get SMSs confirming payment each time, it is difficult to produce any documentary evidence now. Hence RIM is not giving me the promised plan despite full payments and is fleecing customers.
