I called the ad in the lowrider magazine ask the guy about a set of rims called nemesis he tells me he has the rims and it takes two to three days to get the order out the door. I send him 1, 500 by western union I called to make sure he gets the funds and that my order is confirm. I called three days later he tells me the rims I need have a different offset and that they did not have any in the warehouse and was trying to locate a set at another warehouse. I told him that I did not what to wait because I could try and find the rims somewhere else if he had to send for the rims all the way from China. I agreed to the cancellation fees of 20% and the check was supposed to be sent three days after that but I never received any funds.
