When I texted back by hitting reply and saying I never signed up please cancel immediately, text back was this message can't be sent not recognized please contact [email protected]. I went on line, typed in this web address and it said it could not be found.

I keep getting billed on my cell phones for $19.99 per month for a subscription to their ringtone service. I have responded that I want this to stop and do not know how this service got my number. I spoke to Verizon today and they informed me to keep texting back to stop the subscription. This has been done. Is this a real company? How do I get the billing to stop? How do I get a credit for the last months bills? Lastly, to whom do I make a complaint or formal charge that this company is stealing from me.
