Free ringtone not received but charged!
I was supposed to receive one free ringtone for my cell phone. It was never received; but I was told I would have to pay A$9.99 each month. I did not sign up for this and I will never pay for services I did not order!!! There seems to be no where I can cancel or notify Ringtonetimes on there web site. When I called their telephone number it was garbled with other languages at the same time.

I DO NOT WANT THIS ON MY PHONE. IT SAID FREE RINGTONE AND THEN I GOT A JOKE. TAKE IT OFF.

Unauthorized billing
This company advertised free ringtones for the cell phone. When i tried to download a ring tone then they started billing me $9.99 per month for a subscription that I did not order.

subscription to value club combo???
I just received a text message saying that I subscribed to a $19.99/ month "value club combo" and it charged $19.99 to my at&t go phone. I didn't subscribe to anything and I would like you to please credit the $20 back to my phone. My # is 530.306.7754. Thank you for your time!

billing of $19.99 monthly without my consent
I was billed from ringtonestime.com for 20 credits without authorization after being offered a free ringtone. After I answered YES to this offer(of one free ringtone) I received a text message in which I was told I was suscribed to an UR 2 Value combo for $19.99 THAT WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED OR ADDED TO MY COMPANY BILL(AT&T)MONTHLY. I sent a message as a reply and I receives another message from them telling me that my command was nor recognized. I do not want to upload or download any rintone from this site or ompany.

renewing without my consent
They renewed and billed me for $9.99 without my consent and when I text messaged them back and told them no they said the command was not recognized.

unauthorized billing
I have not and will not authorize the monthly charges of $19.99 to my cell phone bill. It had better not appear on the statement or legal ramifications will occur.

I thought I was downloading free ringtones. I have a message on my phone that I will be billed $19.95 per month. How do I reverse these charges?
