I, rita reynolds got a loan of $250.00 in oct. of 2010, is that loan payed off by now. if not, it should and I am very upset, because your loan company has been taken out two payments a month, and I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to have money taken out that way. Unless I get my money back or I will call the better business bureau for assistence. All i want is something in writing that says you can over charge me.
