Do not rent at River Valley Estates! They will try to keep your deposit. When I moved in the doors were all mismatched, there were holes in the walls, the kitchen drawers were off track but they said oh we know and wouldn't fix them while I lived there. But as soon as I move out they nit pick and say oh the place was dirty. I asked for an itemized receipt to prove where they spent my $500 deposit, they said they would have corporate send me a letter. Still waiting three months after I moved out.
