poor service : They seem not to care to find a problem that may be difficult or challanging if it may not be something already in the books. They just brush you aside and tell you things that they think will satisfy you until your next visit. They all appear professional and caring on the outside but when inside the system things change, especially if you have difficult to diagnose symptoms. I assume that anyone with common problems think the place is great. They used to be called Medical West which we used to call Medical Waste, I guess garbage by any other name is still garbage, and still smells as "sweet".
