Do not buy anything from this store. I bought a sweater for my daughter on a Thursday. She wore it for the first time to church on Sunday. While sitting in church, the sleeve starts to unravel. As soon as we got home she took the sweater off. I tried to return it on Monday for an even exchange WITH my receipt and they would not take it back. They said the tags had been torn off and the sweater had been worn. Well...of course it was worn. While in the store we tried to call their corporate customer service department. No answer. All day I tried to contact someone at their corporate office and could not get a real person on the phone. One of the numbers that is listed on their website as a "customer service" number was busy ALL day. Another customer service number had a computerized female tell me my expected hold time was 35 minutes.

This is ridiculous. NEVER, NEVER buy anything from them. My new goal in life is to get this message out there. Apparently they don't need the business nor do they stand behind their product.
