Check this out, , , my property tax bill comes in 130, 000 above market value (my whole street 130 to 200k over) I called them to find out why. Come to find out the county appraiser for my area was not doing his job, in fact he was placed under investigation becuase of it. He was "encuraged" to leave while the investigation was underway (this was info given to me by the assessors office) Here's the real kick in the face, , , by actions of the investigation, they KNEW he was submitting fraudulant info yet THEY RECCORDED the bogus over inflated values and then TAXED us on it! My neighbor's tax is twice the amount, mine was 130k over, ect ect ect right down the street on so on.
