I have a complaint reguarding the company RKDM Novelties. I think that they are a bogus company and that they are stealing money from people. I ordered a product from their website December 6th 2005, and paid $11.95 for 2-3 day shipping to Canada. I didn't receive the product and all of my attempts to contact them have failed. They do not answer my e-mails, not am I able to contact them via telephone. The telephone number on their website rings, and then goes to dead air. Shortly after my attempts to contact them I checked their website and the telephone number they had listed for contact has been removed from the site.

I believe this company to be fraudulent, they do not follow through on their promises, nor do they provide the service that they are paid for.

I would like this complaint to be published on Complaints.com, and also, inquire as to how I could go about filing a more formal complaint with a public authority to have their website shut down?
