I been receiving Spanish text messages every day from 50501, which I did not even
asked for it.ALSO I do not speak Spanish, and do not understand those ads
I been charged $4.99 for each message, getting 2 or 3 messages a day it adds up, I been trying to call 611 from my phone
for past weeks I am unable to get hold of Customer Representative,
after long waiting for atleast 45 minutes or hour or more, and line gets cut off.
I been customer for more than 8 years I am frustrated and I am thinking off cancelling my account because because of
these ads been sending to me. I been charged too much.
please some one call me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. Thankyou
