They showed availability of the Road Shower unit at a price discounted about 30% from other sites. I ordered the product and they accepted my payment then later cancelled my order and refunded, saying that the product was on backorder. However the Road Shower manufacturer has the product immediately available for shipping. I asked them for an explanation and they ignored me. Because of their false advertizing and false claims of a backorder situation with the Road Shower manufacturer, I was not able to get a solar shower in time for my weekend camping trip--- They wasted four days of my time. Also, this transaction pulled the funds from my bank into paypal, creating a hassle for me to get my funds back out of paypal and into my bank account. Basically, they are not a reliable company.
