Several Direct TV sales people promised we would be given the $21 rebate. Direct TV is only giving us a $10 rebate. Direct TV customer service staff claims that since our rebate was submitted while we had the Spanish package, and submitted by mail, and not over the internet, we only get the $10 rebate. But Direct TV never actually installed the Spanish package, we never had all the channels, and their sales people repeatedly promised there was no difference and that we would get the rebate. The customer service staff at the highest level claim they have no power to correc the situation. I have taped two direct TV customer service people contradicting themselves.
