I ordered three robotic vacuums from Sears. They were to come from Unbeatable Sales, a company that Sears endorses. I tried to cancel the order within 20 minutes of placing it. Both Sears and Unbeatsble Sale refused to allow this. I called each company three times. The vacuums arrived, I refused them. The amount of the sale was $546.38. My Sears credit card was reimbursed $279.84. Unbeatable Sales was allowed to charge me a $266.34 restocking fee. Needless to say, Unbeatable Sales should be charged with theft and Sears for aiding and abetting this fly-by-nigt sales. I hope both businesses fail this year! Sears is close:).
