I have been trying to get adeed of release and reconveyance as I am pursuing a new loan for refinacing my home.Gmac never released the lien on my home wjich has been refinanced with a different lender. Gmac is going to responsible for me not being able to close on a new loan with Wells Fargo. They have in essence harmed me greatly by not providing this docu to be recorded. HELP WHAT DO I DO?
