My husband and I bought a mini bulldog from Bart and Beth Jessen or Rock River Puppies and couldn't be happier!! We found the dog online and after speaking with Beth we decided to place a deposit. After the deposit was placed we found the "scam" report and were concerned. After reading all of the other reviews from owners we decided to contact Beth and speak with her directly. She sent us about 20 photos of the parents, the puppy and responded right away to our questions and concerns. After much thought and conversation we decided to move forward with our puppy. We have had the dog for almost a week and he arrived as she said he would via Continental Airlines (the best pet airline) in Illinois at O'hare airport with a puppy packet, guarantee, food, water and amazingly clean. :-) To follow up with our experience we took Roscoe to the vet the next day who is very familiar with bulldogs and she said he appeared to be healthy, free of obvious health issues and gave him his booster shots. Roscoe came crate trained and almost house broken. He has only had one accident in the house and goes right away when we take him outside. How great a surprise was that to have a 10 week old puppy housebroken! His temperment and demeanor is gentle, calm and listens well. We own an orthodontic practice we have decided to take him to the office daily and according to my husband he is "so pleased and couldn't be happier with this dog." All of our neighbors, patients and friends said he is the cutest and best puppy they have ever seen and want to take him home. We have already had a few of our friends and other orthodontists ask us where we got him and will definitely recommend this breeder! We have no doubts and concerns that the Jessen's will follow through with their guarantee. We are so pleased and couldn't be happier with our new pet. The Frey's in Hinsdale

I have bought 2 puppies from Bart and Beth.Beth is the sweetist person and the most honest ever.I live up state NewYork, threw the years I have referred tons of people over to them.They have all been very happy with her and she keeps in touch with them.They love their dogs and their puppies show it.My complaint is with Complaint board and Rip off or any sights like these.Any psycho can write what ever they want and some people thrive on ruining someones business.Sitting behind a computer and writing is very easy.If people have a real complaint they go to court.Dont be afraid of these people they are terrific breeders and been in business for years.That should tell you enough about them.
