I am furious that these lousy thieves have been billing my AT&T account every month for over a year for $12.95 a month for their so-called "services" which I never signed up for. According to the ding-bat I spoke to at their 1-888-300-0549 listed number, I apparently unknowingly signed up for their service 14 months ago when I took some sort of on-line survey. I have never intentionally signed up for any of their services, and obviously I have never used any of their services, so I can't understand how I could have been billed all these months without any idea they were ripping me off. I know it's not a huge amount of money, but it''s the principle of the thing that bothers me. I would like to give someone there a piece of my mind. I would never have even found out about it, because I have my AT&T bill paid directly from my bank account online, so I never actually see the bill. It just so happened that I recently switched to a different provider and got a final bill from AT&T in the mail today and noticed the extra piece of paper with a bill from Rocket Communication Services. How do these louts get away with this? I think there should be a class action law suit.
