Unprofessional is a gross understatement for this "messenger" service company. We asked for a price quote for pick-up of products. They said that they can't give us a quote until they "weigh" the items. The next phone call we received was the messenger saying that our items were already loaded in his car and we owe him $55. He picked up our items without permission and demanded money. We asked him to put back the items, as we did not want to work with a company that operates this way.

To our shock, the messenger yells and screams over the phone and hangs up. He then showed up in the alley of our office building 10 mins later. Since he was already here with our products, we asked him to bring it into the office. He literally threw our CRYSTAL perfume bottles in the alley, yelled, and drove off. Then we receive another ranting and outrageous phone call, yelling obscenities with a foreign accent.

I am still in shock that this company is in business...
