I financed a 2007 PT Cruiser from Budget Auto Sales and along with that they convinced me to purchase an extended warranty which was an additional $2500. Long story short; after 3 years of ownership I traded the car in and took the necessary steps of canceling the gap insurance policy and the auto warranty. Well I recieved prorated monies back from Safe Gap (Thank you Safe Gap) but I have yet to receive prorated money of $850 back from Rocky Mountain Auto Warranty courtesy of Budget Auto Sales. I have been waitng for my refund since The end of February 2011, today's date is June 17 2011. It doesnt do any good calling them, they are no longer in business at least in the state of Colorado.
