Rocky Mountain dish located in Parker, Co, sells and installs dishnet work service. They have horrible customer service and are very abusive to their customers. They do not show up and install the dish when they are supposed to, leaving you waiting for hours, you are lucky if they show up within a weeks time. The installer left cable strung across the living area and got mud all over my carpet. They abused my credit card information and charged me a $500.00 cancelation fee and would not adjust it off. Although they agreed that they would adjust it off the next day after the dish was installed properly. Then after the charge was never adjusted they avoided my calls and hang up on me when they realized it was me. No I am forced to pay a cancelation fee for a service that is still active and I am paying for, for the next two years! All because they got their hands on my credit card information. I don't care if $500.00 is not a lot of money. I will not pay this unjustified fee to this company and I will be taking this to court!!
