Didn't return to finish the installation of a sliding glass door or trim for flooring they put down. Employee wanted to buy a tv we weren't using and Carl Rogers nodded to me and assured me they would bring payment on Friday...never showed back up or answered numerous calls. Put a gouge in the new flooring while installing the sliding glass door. Value of the tv is $100. I consider it stolen. He was fully paid for materials and work. Wouldn't accept a check or money order. Only cash! I was home alone so feared insisting other payment. He's done numerous other jobs in the Angola area. He finished those, but insisted on cash for those too. Wouldn't give us a receipt!
