I ordered a watch on March 26...I had never gotten any email confirmation of my order, My credit card was already charged for the sale, I got 3 calls from Donne who claims he cannot get thru my email & that I need to sign a form charging it to my card.Can somebody help me out.You have my money but I don't have my watch.How much longer do I wait.This is really very poor service.

Pls. forward this message to whoever can help me out.This is regarding an order I had placed March 26 for a rolex watch.I had never gotten a confirmation of my order from you .My credit card was already charged for the amt.Donne from your co.called me to let me know that he had sent me several email including a form that I need to sign to finalize the transaction I never got any of this & yes my email is perfectly working.In fact He received my inquiry & so did your customer service who I had emailed 3 times for this same problem.Can somebody help me out.You have my money but I don't have the merchandise .
