Good quality products, but very poor service and customer support. I had a very bad experience with RomanceHer's postage. Instead of a romantic present, my partner got a quite sizeable bill for customs and postage charges that RomanceHer had failed to mention. You would think they had never sent an international parcel before - highly unprofessional. I spoke personally to the owner, who refused to lift a finger to help me or change my mind about his company. In the end, my partner had to go fork out almost USD$30 just to receive the "gift".
