Mr. Allen james Williams was a full time employee of Romix Industries (Pty) Ltd. After he left the employ of that Company, he fraudulently tried to hi-jack Romix Industries' products and customers. He, illegally, registered a Company named Romix Roads (Pty) Ltd, which is constrained as Company Counterfeit according to South African Law.
Subsequently, it was discovered that Mr. Williams submitted several quotations and tenders in the name of Romix, whilst he had no intention to supply the products supplied by Romix Industries (Pty) Ltd. Mr. Williams has decided to supply copied products produced by Polymer Pavements CC, headed by Mr. Nick Muller, an erstwhile Director of Romix Industries (Pty) Ltd, and still a shareholder of that Company.

Mr Williams, in his capacity of Major partner of "The Dream Trust CC" (which is suspected to be unlawfully constituted), and 50% shareholder of the fraudulently formed Romix Roads (Pty) Ltd., is currently under investigation by the South African Police Commercial Crimes Unit, and he will be facing a number of Civil actions against him and the Companies he is associated with.
