Ronald L Proctor, DDS served as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War until the end of his dental internship in 1976. He spent six months aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ranger in the Western Pacific and South China Sea. When he moved back to Dallas, he worked for the Dallas City Dental Health Program and the Carrollton TX Cosmetic Dentist emergency service.
