I've ordered a cellphone from an online store named www.rong2007.com. I made the payment through western union. After several days without receiving any info about my order, i made an inquiry to the store. They informed me that my ordered was blocked at the customs and told me that i have to pay them another 200$ for the customs fine or place another order to have my order delivered. I did place one more order. After the second order with full money paid, i emailed to the store many times to ask for my order info but they ignored my emails. I haven't received any mails from them until now, even when i chat with the store through the online live help, i don't get any response. This is real cheating!
