Buyer beware! In August my wife and I had someone knock on our door to inspect our roof for hail damage, which was a company name Roofing EMT and owned by James Landers from Saint Petersburg, Florida and Greg Bonner from Houston, Texas. We were told our roof had hail damage and Roofing EMT formerly Building EMT could help us get a new roof installed by filing a claim with our insurance company. So we filed a claim, had our adjuster come out, got our roof approved and gave James Landers and Roofing EMT our insurance check. James Landers endorsed the check, deposited into his bank account and we never heard from this individual again! In other words, James Landers stole our money as we do not have a new roof. My wife and I would highly recommend you never do business with James Landers who lives at 815 18th Avenue NE, Saint Petersburg, Florida 33704, Roofing EMT, Building EMT, Building EMT Residential, and Greg Bonner from Houston, Texas.
