The item was sent in a box without having anything like "electronics" or "fragile" written on it. Opened the box to find a dirty, damaged, and obviously broken device packaged simply by covered by a piece of paper. The device came with the wrong plug, only half of the items, everything was damaged. The item was so dirty and full of hair and dirt and dust that it caused me to have an allergy attack. This company's products describe their products: they are DIRTY!
