Paid $20 for zipper to be replaced in a dress. Waited 2 months for repair. When I got home, I realized the original zipper was still there, and still broken. Went back to the store and asked for a refund. Was refused. Asked for name of owner. They refused to provide it. Filed with BBB, but the store never responded.
