I am paying for a mice and roach infested apartment basically! I have had at least 7 mice come in since i have moved in and they act like it no big deal and wont come and fix the problem. If they would fix the holes in my apartment then maybe they would stop having a problem from me Maintenance men are lazy and refuse to do any work unless its watering the grass or just trying to make the outside look good so they can get more idiots like me to move in and regret it !! MY advice STAY AWAY!!!!

Your Contact Us page isn’t working, so I’m sending this email in hopes that it gets to the destination it is intended for. I am a tenant at Rosemont Bethel Place Apartments in San Antonio, TX.
Management at Rosemont @Bethel Place Apartments takes holidays off in lieu of collecting rent at the expense of its tenants. I do not get social security on the 1st, so I have no reason to think the office will not be open on the 3rd. Late fees are being attached to rent, and it is not fair that they do not post unusual office closures on flyers at tenants' doors. I have no reason to go and read notices on the lobby doors, and I should not have to pay late fees and run around to my bank for money orders when the office is not open to collect rent consistently. Management puts flyers on doors for less; why not when the office isn't open when it should be? Today is not the holiday; Monday is! This has happened to me before, and it is totally unfair. I don't track all holidays or hang out around the lobby! I’d call this unfair practices.
