Today, I asked three different employees for help finding shoe strings. Not one of them could speak english. It made me so angry. I do live in the United States don't I. This is Texas, USA but I feel that I live deep in Mexico with no english speaking people, messy store, disorganized, long lines, no one can help you when you need it and not to mention the lousy merchandise they have. The only english speaking person was at the cash register and could barely understand what I said. I cannot stand that store and until something is done to improve it, I am staying away. I am notifying the immigration authorities. Anyone who is a citizen, an actual citizen of the USA should have to speak and understand at least a little english. This is not MEXICO!
