A year ago was the last time I went to the Ross store in Bellingham Washington. It was a HUGE mess, merchandise in every isle on the floor, people walking on it, you could not even attempt to get a shopping cart through. So I decided not to return until yesterday, and you know things did not change at all...it was still a huge mess. It look like someone had gone down the isle and pulled the merchandise off and threw it on the floors!! What is the problem I gone to one in Burlington, Wash and for awhile it was like that, but things have changed they cleaned it up. Is it due to poor management, not well enough staffed?? To me it just goes with the society we are raising already...Who cares anyway...and why respect it, it is not mine. Someone needs to take a good look at what is going on. I have recently gone to Marshall's and T J Maxx their stores are in order why aren't yours?? Thanking you in advance, Cathy VanderSar
