I know a family memeber who has worked for Ross for over 2 years the first 1and a half year she was never put on a cash register. After finding out that she has a serious eye condition that she will go blind from at some point. The company started putting her on the cash registers after she informed them that she could not see the small print on the cash machines. My family member is very capable of stocking shelves and working the fitting room and requested several times to not work on a cash register. They just terminated her for a cash shortage because they said they would not take her off the register. I hope they have a good excuse for not acomidating a disablity to the ADA.
