I had not received a confirmation email by the next day, so I logged into my account to see the status of my order. My order had been cancelled without any notification to me. I called customer service and they had no information to give to me regarding what had occurred, nor did they offer or attempt to rectify the situation.
I checked my bank account and saw the transaction to Roth Royale for the amount of the order.
After 3 phone calls and 1 email, I did not have any further information, besides the offer for "someone" to call me back within 3 business days. As this order was a gift, and time sensitive, this was not helpful, or good customer service.
I called my bank to initiate a transaction dispute. The bank let me know that Roth Royale had 3 days to submit final receipt for payment, although the money was already deducted from my account. If Roth Royale did not submit for payment, then the transaction would be removed from my account history and my balance credited the amount.
